Terms of Service

These terms cover the Powers4GA website and app, called "the service" here. By using the service, you agree to them.

If you use it for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so. In these terms, "we" means Powers4GA, which is run from India.

The service

Powers4GA shows your Google Analytics data on a dashboard and helps you set up Google Analytics. It can also send sales from your payment provider to Google Analytics.

Features may change as we improve the service.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. You can sign in with a password or with Google.

Keep your sign-in safe, because you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else got in, email support@powers4ga.com.

Your data

Your analytics data is yours, and it stays in your Google Analytics property. You let us fetch it, show it to you and do the setup steps you ask for.

You are responsible for the websites you connect. You need the right to access their analytics, and you must tell visitors about your analytics and get any consent the law requires.

Revenue tracking

When you turn on revenue tracking, your payment provider sends us your sales and refunds. We pass them on to your Google Analytics property.

You are responsible for that data and for telling your customers about it. You also accept Google's user data terms for the Measurement Protocol, either in Google Analytics or through Powers4GA.

Google

Powers4GA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Analytics is a trademark of Google LLC. Google's own terms cover your use of Google products, including the Google Analytics Terms of Service.

The service depends on Google's APIs, so numbers may be delayed, sampled or limited by Google. If Google changes its APIs, or you remove our access, parts of the service may stop working.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• connect properties you aren't allowed to access
• break the law or anyone's rights while using the service
• attack, overload or try to break into the service
• get around usage limits or access controls
• resell the service, or copy it to build a competing product

Free trial

Each new workspace gets a 14-day free trial, with no card needed. Anyone in the workspace can buy a lifetime deal during or after the trial.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown before you buy. Dodo Payments is our merchant of record, so you buy from Dodo Payments and we license Powers4GA to you under these terms.

The Dodo Payments Buyer Terms cover payment, taxes, receipts, refunds and chargebacks. For help with a purchase, email support@powers4ga.com.

These terms keep any refund or consumer rights you have by law.

Lifetime deals

A lifetime deal is a one-time payment for access, with no recurring fee. It lasts as long as we run Powers4GA, which is the lifetime of the product, not the buyer.

It belongs to the workspace that bought it. It can't be resold or transferred without our agreement.

Our intellectual property

We own the service, its software and its brand. We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it under these terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

Either way, your Google Analytics data stays in your Google account.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Check important numbers in Google Analytics before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. For any claim, our total liability is the greater of US$50 and what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

These terms keep any liability the law doesn't let us limit.

Governing law

The laws of India govern these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. For a big change, we also tell you by email or in the app.

Using the service after a change means you accept it.
